昭和30年代まで、
船で琵琶湖を進み行くか、
山を越えていくしかなかった「かくれ里」菅浦。
南向きの斜面が多く、
古くから柑橘の栽培が行われてきました。
素朴な爽やかさがギュッと詰まった八朔もその一つ。
杜氏のハッピー太郎さんは言います。
菅浦の風景と、そこに暮らす人たちに寄り添いたい。
